Patient comms are a real operational lever — if they exist
Every automated shipment text a patient receives is a call the clinic does not field. For a high-volume GLP-1 or TRT program, that is meaningful staff time. But patient messaging also touches compliance and branding: what the message says, whether it exposes medication details, and whether it appears to come from the clinic or the pharmacy all matter.
Because White Label Rx does not document patient-facing notifications, treat this as a direct question in evaluation: does the platform send patient tracking texts, what is in them, and who is the sender? If patient comms are critical to your operation, get the answer in writing.
