Why the prescription handoff is where orders bounce
A compounded prescription has to satisfy the 503A partner pharmacy on three fronts: a complete and fillable SIG, a prescriber licensed in the patient's state, and available stock. When those checks live only at the pharmacy — after the order is submitted — any failure becomes a rejection that bounces back to the clinic, and the prescriber has to re-authorize or correct before the order can move again. White Label Rx does not foreground a pre-submit validation step, so this is the typical point of friction.
Fizy Health validates the prescription details before they reach the pharmacy. Cart validation checks the SIG, prescriber state licensure, and stock before checkout, so the prescription that hands off to the 503A partner is one it can actually fill. That moves rework out of the prescriber's day and reduces the rejected-prescription loop.
